Thank you for shopping with The Sparkle Eyes. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Coverage

Malaysia Warehouse (MY)/ Thailand Warehouse (TH)  Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders fulfilled from our both warehouses are dispatched to MY/TH domestic destinations only. In the event of warehouse maintenance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, dispatch may be delayed to within 2-7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • All Sponge orders: Free shipping on orders of USD $15 or above
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • Original Artwork — Shipping & Handling

    All original paintings are personally packed and shipped by the founder. Each piece is carefully wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

    Shipping within Southeast Asia Southeast Asia is our primary shipping region. Rates are significantly more affordable and delivery times are faster. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

    International Shipping We do accept international orders outside of Southeast Asia. However, as shipping costs and logistics vary significantly by destination, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide accurate shipping details and confirm availability for your region.

    Insurance All original artwork shipments are insured. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will handle the claim on your behalf.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Sparkle Eyes is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. The Sparkle Eyes is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Public Holidays

Orders placed during public holidays may experience delays. Dispatch will resume on the next available business day.
